I really like dunkin in general. This location specifically is good. It's super close to my house so it's nice that they have good costumer service. They have fresh coffee and donuts every time I go there. Their bathroom is clean which is super important to me. Over all great place.

Tried them again, only because NYC friends in from out of town, they had to leave, it was SAD, a manager way over her head, a cashier untrained and MAYBE, Just MAYBE, 20 donuts Total, a waste of a trip for me, 60 miles r/t.. Donut trays, unmarked, even the picker packer had no idea what was what, and as always, STALE with bitter coffee. Please shut this place DOWN, give it to a New Englander, start over.

So let me start by saying that I've traveled around a fair amount and been to several Dunkin' locations around the world--and I've decided that this location is a problem. Because it is BAD. I've been here several times, because it's pretty close to where I live and my kiddos love donuts. And I don't know why I've given it so many chances when every single time, the donuts are stale! Well, the GLAZED donuts are stale. The unfilled, raised donuts are stale. The filled donuts seem ok. Probably because the filling inside re-moistens (??) the stale, crusty donut exterior. Either way, this is awful and you are SO much better off heading to Banbury Cross (about 10 minutes away) and picking up a box of their always fresh-baked, delicious donuts and pastries. Last time (and it will be the LAST TIME) we picked up a box at Dunkin', my five-year-old took one bite of her donut and put it back and asked for a pack of fruit snacks instead. How bad must a donut be for a five-year-old to discard it after one bite?!? Terrible.

I know people are crazy about Dunkin' Donuts. I gave this place an honest shot because I was excited to finally try a DD donut. But seriously - the donuts are horrible. I tried a few, and each was stale and flavorless but with horribly sweet frosting. If you're going to eat something with zero nutrition, it should be REALLY delicious. These are not.

Dunkin" used to be a place we'd go... We wanted to bring donuts as a treat for our kids birthdays at their school and tried to order the evening before. When speaking with the Manager, and telling her our situation, she was not able to meet our needs. We asked for 5 dozen donuts which does not seem like a large order for a national chain, and we tried to do it with advanced notice. I've walked in to Dunkin in Boston and ordered 3 dozen with no problems, so this seemed strange to me. We then called Banbury Cross right after, and they had no problems with this order at all. A local company that is a little out of our way still works harder to meet the locals needs. 5 stars for Banbury 2 stars for Dunkin"!

They are off to a bumpy start. I grew up in Massachusetts where there's a DD every few blocks so I know what a good DD is like. Stopped by today on my way into work and went through the drive through. I ordered 2 donuts and a coffee. Started to enjoy them when I got to my office. First noticed that they had failed to include any napkins in the bag. Then took a bit of one of the donuts and realized it was rather stale. The other was slightly better. I called the store and spoke with a manager who was very nice and apologetic. She told me she would investigate the freshness issue. Donuts are delivered each morning but she acknowledged that some of yesterdays may have been left over. She offered for me to stop by for a refund or a free donut which I appreciated. They are new, not only to UT but also this location, so there will be a learning curve. I won't give up on them yet but do hope my next experience is much improved.

Pitiful, I have now given this place three chances and on each occasion they have failed miserably, today, NO JELLY Donuts, coffee that tasted 2 days old and a inept servor who did not speak DD vernacular, having to repeat myself constantly and she still messed up. What DD does not have JELLY donuts at 6AM. Coffee and SLC just does not Equate.

Very enthusiastic, polite cashiers. The donuts have a very clean feel to them, meaning not overly glazed or messy. The hot chocolate is, well, hot. It is also pretty tasty. The glazed blueberry cake donut is quite good, sweet and slightly crunchy. The maple donut is also good - just your basic stock version, but somehow easier to eat than most. I'm sure that made all the sense in the world. Bottom line: it's nice to have another donut shop in town, even if it is a chain.

Open early is why I stopped here. The place is dirty and nobody behind the counter. They eventually saunter out and wipe there mouth for some reason before trading me sub par garbage in exchange for my hard earned cash. Stear clear unless everything else is closed.

Service is pretty slow and you have to wait for a simple coffee and donut. The place definitely needs better management. I love their donuts and coffee and that is why I gave 2 stars other wise it would get zero stars.

I absolutely love DD!!!! This is a new location and still working out some issues, but I'm very pleased with my experience. The coffee is, in my opinion, the best coffee around - I'd pick DD over Starbucks any day. Try it, you'll love it.

Don't ever go to this location. Every single time I have gone to this location, there has been a problem.

I have gone to Dunkin Donuts before and it was the same corporate, cold feel you expect to find at a Burger King or McDonalds. But, I came to the Sugarhouse location to get some work done before a hair appointment across the street and had a completely different experience. I was thoroughly impressed by the friendly, helpful staff. They had a warmth and caring you expect to find at a local coffee shop. A staff member even walked around asking if patrons needed a warm up on their coffee...WHAT? The store was clean, the seating plentiful, and the wi-fi was easy to access. I had a donut and a small coffee with cream. Both were above average, but not as good as local places like Banbury Cross (for donuts) and Sugarhouse Coffee. Despite this, the overall experience was awesome. I will come back and work here again!

Let me start this by saying I'm from New England. I enjoy a nice Dunkin' Donuts iced coffee on warm days that I feel a little homesick. I have now reached the point that I will not return to this establishment. Regardless of the fact it is mere minutes from my house. My past five visits over the span of a couple of months have resulted in my order being wrong four out of the five visits. And it isn't like I am ordering something complex, I like an unsweetened iced coffee with a half shot of cream and no sugar. I'm sitting here now with a painfully sweet, oddly flavored ice coffee that is by no means what I ordered. In my not very humble opinion, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The service here is atrocious at best. The food is alarmingly sub-par according to other reviewers. This is just not a Dunkin' Donuts; it is garbage-to-go.

I've given this place a few chances now, since it's in my neighborhood. I've decided this location is just not good. The donuts are never fresh. I've heard they don't make them on-site and that's not surprising, given the low quality and borderline staleness of the ones I've had here. I also tried them for breakfast. Yikes! Huge mistake! The hash brown nuggets were dripping with oil and were soggy. The breakfast sandwich was on stale bread, with pre-fab fake meats and cheese. I've donated more than enough of my hard-earned money to Dunkin'. No more!

I've definitely had better. We actually were asked to try some donut holes before we bought them so that we could tell them if they were good or not. We only got donut holes, but they were not very good. Nice people that worked there. We came back to actually try their donuts and the special Mint Oreo Donut they have us was the toppings were crumbling off. We asked for a fresher one and what we got was still super dry. Helpful worker though.

I would eat a donut from anywhere else but here. Many of the items on their menu are not made here. When the other Dunkin donuts across town doesn't sell all their baked goods, they transport them to this location over night. Thus, many items are not fresh at all and very dry. We came with friends to buy a ton of their Munchkins. When we ordered the sprinkled munchkins, the cashier said, "are you sure you don't want to try them first?". Why did she want us to try them before ordering... Well we tried them and they were terrible.. Lacked flavor and were completely dry. We went with the red velvet munchkins instead which were okay, at least they weren't gross. If you do eat here, don't order Munchkins. Maybe their donuts and food items are better. The DD's I've been to in the east are much much better. At least the staff was nice enough to warn us :)

Dunkin Donuts does it again. Exceeds my expectations. The service is top notch. The attitude there to serve you. Oscar and Nicci the best I've ever seen. Every business needs employees like them. Please keep up the first class service. Thank you very much. I'll be back for sure. The oreo top cream filled delicious with a iced coffee really hit the spot. The wifi was great.

I don't indulge very often but when I do I like my donuts fresh, tasty and what I asked for; at dunkin' donuts I received none of these things. NOTE TO DUNKIN DONUTS: You're a "DONUT" shop, you should, at least, be able to make good donuts. Time for you to go back to Donut U and start from the beginning because your donuts are, in the trash can, bad

I am a transplant from New York and was beside myself when I heard that a DD was opening in this location. I have stopped in twice so far, both times for a coffee and a donut. The coffee has been hot and fresh and, in my opinion, some of the best around. The donuts were fresh and tasted as I expected. I have not experienced any issues as reported by other reviewers, but I will continue to come to this location and will update my review if my experience changes.
